Paid ad managment & SEO

In today’s digital world, getting seen is only half the battle — getting qualified leads and consistent sales is the real goal. That’s where Paid Ads + SEO come in. At Jail Break Media, we help service-based and product-based businesses turn attention into measurable results through smart media buying and long-term search growth.

Paid Ad Management (Google + Facebook/Instagram)

Paid ads are pay-to-play — and the more aggressive the strategy, the more opportunity you create. Most businesses don’t have a “lead problem”… they have a budget allocation and tracking problem.

We offer monthly plans or short-term contracts, and you control the ad spend budget. As a baseline, many smaller businesses under $2M/year typically invest around 7–8% of annual revenue into marketing, while others may push 8–12% when they’re serious about scaling. Our job is to make sure that budget is spent the right way — improving targeting, creatives, tracking, and landing pages so you get a lower cost per result and more consistent performance.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SEO is not a “one-time fix.” It’s a monthly process that builds momentum — improving your website, content, local presence, and authority so you show up when people are actively searching for what you offer.

SEO pricing typically starts around $500/month and increases depending on your market, competition, and the amount of work needed to reach your goals.

Real talk: no miracles — patience wins

Both ads and SEO require testing, data, and time. We don’t sell miracles. We build systems that improve month after month. That’s why we recommend clients give it 3–5 months before making a final decision — long enough to collect real performance data, optimize, and see traction.

If you’re ready to scale with strategy (not guesswork), let’s talk — and build a plan that fits your goals and your budget.

STEP 1 – Research

When we start working with a new business, the first step in ad management is research—because research is what sets campaigns up for real success.

Here’s what we research (and why it matters):

  • Your business: what you sell, what makes you different, and what you want to achieve.

  • Your ideal customer: who they are, what they care about, and what makes them take action.

  • Your competition: the industry leaders in your space and how they’re advertising their services/products—what angles they use, what offers they push, and what messaging is working.

This research phase typically takes 1–3 days, and it gives us the foundation to build smarter ads, stronger targeting, and better results from day one.

STEP 2 – Content Planning

Once the research phase is complete, we move into content planning. Since we’re running paid ads, the goal is simple: use creative that motivates people to take action—request a service or buy a product.

This part can get tricky because many clients want to use their existing media, but not all media is built for paid advertising. That’s why we start with a creative audit: we review what you have, compare it to what top companies in your industry are using, and then raise the bar on quality (not style). Your branding stays yours—we’re just making sure the content looks and performs at a level that can compete.

Just because someone has been in business a long time—or edits videos quickly in an app—doesn’t mean their ads are generating consistent new deals. We want to help you stand out with high-quality production at a smaller scale, so you can outshine competitors and convert more leads.

Normally, creative production is a separate charge. However, with our Paid Ad Management service, we include one free 30-second ad to get your campaigns started strong. Any additional creative beyond that will be billed separately, since this offer is strictly tied to paid ad management.

STEP 3 – Platform Selection & Budget Planning

Perfect—content is planned, and now we’re ready to launch your first campaign. The next step is choosing the best platform to run your ads on, and that depends on what type of business you are and who you’re trying to reach.

For service-based businesses (like construction, home services, repairs, etc.), the strongest platforms are usually Google Ads (high-intent searches) and Meta Ads on Facebook/Instagram (awareness + lead generation). LinkedIn can work too, but it’s typically best for B2B companies targeting decision-makers.

For product-based businesses—including clothing brands—platform choice depends heavily on your product and audience. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms can all perform well, but what matters most is the age group, buying behavior, and where your customers spend their time.

This step is crucial because once we’ve done the research and built the creative, we can clearly see which platform is most likely to perform best—unless you have the budget to run multiple platforms at once.

Budget Discussion

We’ll also talk about ad spend, which is usually based on what you’re comfortable with—but don’t be shy. In many cases, the more you can allocate to ads, the more opportunity you have for stronger ROI (though results always depend on strategy and execution). A smaller budget with strong creative can outperform a big budget with weak media. That’s why we focus on the full plan—not just spending more.

As a general guideline:

  • Businesses doing $2M/year or less often invest around 5–8% of annual revenue into marketing.

  • Businesses looking to scale faster (and have the capital) often invest 8–12% of annual revenue.

No matter where you fall, we’ll work within your budget and make sure you’re getting real value from every dollar.

Important note: Your ad budget is paid directly by you through a card connected to your ad account, and you’ll have full access to view spend and performance at any time.

STEP 4 – Performance Management

We’ve completed the campaign build, and now we move into performance management, which includes weekly reporting and bi-weekly meetings so you always know what’s happening and why.

What our reports include

Each report breaks down:

  • Results: leads, calls, purchases, etc.

  • Cost: cost per lead/call/purchase, total spend, and efficiency.

  • Next steps: what we’re testing, improving, and what we need from you.

We also review something most agencies skip: how your business is handling the leads. Because imagine we generate 100 leads in a month, but your team only answers 15—that’s a huge bottleneck. You won’t connect with 100% of leads, but for most service industries (especially construction/home services), you should aim for 30–40% contact rate and 15–25% close rate from those connected.

Timeline Expectations (and Why Patience Wins)

We recommend waiting at least 1 month before making major changes and up to 3 months to judge full performance. Results can come faster depending on budget and market demand, but consistency allows the algorithm to learn and lets us optimize properly.

We guarantee the effort and strategy are there to get you results—but this isn’t a vending machine where you put in $1,000 and expect $500,000/month instantly. Not saying it’s impossible—but patience and strategy are key.

What We Optimize Over Time

When we make changes, it’s usually in one of these areas:

  • Creative/media: better hooks, stronger visuals, improved messaging.

  • Campaign/ad setup: targeting, structure, placements, tracking.

  • The offer: what you’re promoting and how it’s framed.

This is a long-term strategy. You’re not working with us for a quick ROI—you’re working with us to build a stronger future for your business. Marketing is an investment that builds a brand people recognize and trust over time. Rome wasn’t built in a day—don’t be the business that gives up after 3 months.

Let’s build your brand together: we handle your ad presence, you handle the operations.

Lead Delivery + Tracking

And finally, when leads come in:

  • If you have an office/team, we’ll give them access to all leads so they can track, call, and follow up properly.

  • If you’re a product-based business, we’ll connect everything correctly to your Shopify/website so purchases are tracked accurately across all platforms.
